ABSTRACT
The aim of the project is to find out the youth empowerment and job creation in Nigeria. This research work also attempt to present a frame work which will allow the students or anybody that may come across this work to acquire more knowledge on the effectiveness of raising capital in Nigeria especially when they are opportune to be listed in the production company. The project work is being divided into five chapters, chapter one deal with the basic philosophy necessitating the study. It states the basic question of research intend to answer, the chapter two handles the literature reviews of related subject matter to the study. Chapter three present the research methodology used in conducting the research, chapter four deals with statistical data acquisition and analysis, finally, while chapter five presents the out drawn from the data analysis and makes useful conclusion and recommendation.
