Based on the data analysis and the inferences made, it is recommended that conformity to school rules and regulations be encouraged in schools and society through coordinated efforts of parents and teachers, school administrators, government and non-governmental organizations, as well as other socialization agents in society such as the church, the mosque, and the mass media. Including positive moral and religious lessons and ideals in students' education can be a surefire way to reduce delinquent and rebellious conduct.
