ABSTRACT
Regardless of how it is measured, whether in terms of worker size or dollar volume, the construction industry is one of the largest in any economy, but it is still not given enough attention. The improvement of productivity and economic growth are directly linked to the construction time and profit are ultimately impacted by the different level of labor productivity. Construction labor is typically repetitive and physically demanding. Time studies and statistical analyses can be used to assess and evaluate this repetitive and physically demanding activity. Construction project performance, cost, and labor productivity are all significantly influenced by time. Work measurement, commonly referred to as time study, is a method for measuring time. The measurement of the amount of time needed to complete a task in order to set a person or machine's production standard is known as a time study. Such information is needed for the estimation process, for the creation of financial incentives, and it can also be used to compare actual production performance to the expected level.
A total of 38 records were literally observed, and the results revealed that the size of the tiles, crew size, working area height, and space were the most significant elements in determining completion time.
