ABSTRACT
This project work concerns the first order differential equations, it solutions and appreciations. The purpose of this project is to acquaint undergraduates and those studying mathematics with the basic knowledge of first order differential equations and how they can be applied to different areas of science, engineering and economics. Chapter One deals with the historical development of calculus and Differential Equations in particular. It also gives a general definition of Differential Equations and classified them into different categories. Chapter Two is .about the analytical solution of the first order Differential Equations. Chapter Three deals with the various applications of the First Order Differential Equations, in Chapter Four is the conclusion and summary.
