Using a random sampling method, 200 questionnaires were administered to collect data on passenger experiences and perceptions. The primary causes identified were weather conditions, technical issues, and operational challenges, with lesser 13 incidences related to other factors. Based on these insights, the study recommends enhancing weather monitoring, aircraft maintenance, airport operations, and developing contingency plans. Additionally, improving passenger assistance services and promoting awareness of passenger rights are crucial. Overall, the research highlights the need for collaboration among stakeholders to reduce the socioeconomic impacts of flight disruptions, aiming to improve travel experiences and support regional economic stability
