ABSTRACT
From the analysis it was revealed that N-Power program has contributed significantly to reducing crime rates in Ovia North East Local Government Area. N-Power beneficiaries, through skill development, are less likely to resort to criminal behavior. The N-Power program has improved the overall socio-economic conditions of the community, leading to reduced crime. N-power does not have any significant effect on crime reduction The findings was also in accordance with the respondents that agreed that Insufficient funds in Ovia North east empower programme Non-payment of stipend to participants as at when due, N-power alleviate poverty in Ovia North east local government, N-Power Programmes have provided valuable skills and training to beneficiaries, Beneficiaries of N-Power Programmes have experienced improved employability.
