ABSTRACT
This study examined the perception of climate change and modern slavery among small and medium-sized enterprises in Nigeria. To achieve the objectives of this project, primary data were gather and used through the aim of questionnaires which were distributed to one hundred and six (106) Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Nigeria. The study employed the use of crosssectional survey design and the data were analysed using SPSS. From the result obtained, it was observed that there is relationship between climate change and modern slavery. The study revealed that climate change and modern slavery have negative consequences on the growth and improvement of SMEs in Nigeria. It also explained that the roles of SME’s owners and government are important to tackle the challenges of the inter-connected circumstances in Nigeria.
