ABSTRACT
This chapter ties up the major points in this essay. This work has demonstrated the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence and the fight against economic sabotage. The condition of which they were established and their role in broad based information networking monitoring of movement of persons; vandalism of all types; execution of all assignments tracking.6 However, few works have been written on comparative analysis of the fight against economic sabotage and underdevelopment in Nigeria by the NSDSC. This research work seeks to examine the nature, structure and manifestations of NSDSC and its impact on the Nigerian economy from 1967 to 2011, and in particular the role of the agency and its functions in bringing about growth and development in the agricultural sector, industrial sector and revenue generation in Nigeria. First session provides an introduction to the background to the study, stating the relevance of this study, with its aim and objectives, justification of this research, the methodology used in carrying out this research, the scope of the research and various literature reviewed in relation to this study.
