ABSTRACT
This study focused on the influence of organizational structures in the management of Vocational institutions. This study adopted the proportionate sampling technique , in order to achieve the purpose of this study, four (4) research questions were raised. The sample for the study consists of one hundred (100) respondents which were selected using the simple random sampling method .The instrument used in this study is the questionnaire. This instrument has a total of twenty (20) questions and the type of response expected is that of close ended questionnaire. The instrument was face validated by the supervisor of this research study, with one other lecturer in the department. Who certified the instrument as appropriate for the study after some corrections have been effected. The validity and reliability of the instrument were ascertained using the exert judgement and test _retest procedures. Simple percentage and frequency counts were used to analyze the collected data. The respondents showed that organizational structures can help in the management of Vocational institutions.
