ABSTRACT

This study seeks to ascertain the impact of posters and flyers on students politics . It was anchored on consumer perception theory and cognitive dissonance theory, using the survey research method, questionnaire served as an insight for data collection. The population for the study stood at 2,530 which was the sample size.

Findings shows that posters and flyers has become a very important and critical part of student or academic culture and student politics could either serve positively or negatively to the academic or general well being of student and the school as a whole. Positively, they can be used as a medium used to ascertain certain leadership roles in a school. While negatively, they can degrees the aesthetics of a supposedly beautiful environment, they can also be disregard by the students based on the level of design of the set locations and posters can be financially tasking on the students and also leading to unhealthy competitions.
