ABSTRACT

This work examined the IMPACT OF MATERIAL CONTROL PROCEDURE IN BENDEL BREWERY NIGERIA PLC BENIN CITY; effective administration must be strictly monitored in the organization in oreder to attain the desired goals. A sound relationship among job classification must be bore in consideration for management to forestall chaos in the effective material control evaluation can be put into use in order  to maintain internal equality in the organization. To improve a better material control, the organization should provide a better material control; the organization should  provide clear cut guidelines for their material progression to fulfil the expectation of the government.
