Autocratic leadership style was found to have a negative relationship on employees’ performance. Transactional leadership style was found to have a positive and insignificant relationship with employee performance. However, democratic leadership style was found to have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance while transformational leadership style was found to have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance.
