This study is an investigation of the factors that enhance human relations among multi-ethnic groups at work. The study originated from the need to enhance relations amongst employees with diversified background. The sampling technique applied from is the convenience sampling method. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were distributed among the relevant respondents in order to get detailed information for the study. Both primary and secondary data were used as the main instruments for the collection of data, as they help elicit responses to the research questions of which relevant literature was consulted for the secondary data. From the research, it was observed that motivational factors are not static, they are dynamic and depend on individual state of affairs and level of aspirations. Hence, human being is the most complex factor of production, though the manager in the organization must manage time, equipment, money and other material resources efficiently to achieve the overall objectives. The study of multi ethnic relations at work has tremendously helped in understanding needs that can be provided for employees to influence their behavior and get the nest output from them. Also, the study revealed that management should strive to delegate sensitive position to anyone who merited and not been bias on ethnic affiliation. There should be effective communication between management and employees to enhance employees’ productivity. Finally, there should be effective managementemployee relationships which will help to boost organizational performance.
