SUMMARY
Results from this study indicate that light affects the nutrient composition and phytochemical properties of T.daniellii . It also indicated that certain light regime enhanced certain phytochemical properties of this plant as well as the nutrition composition. Hence grower and users of this plant should ensure that this plant be raised under suitable light intensity that will best suit and meet its end use. Furthermore, the adaptive nature of this plant to varying light intensity increases its value as it can easily be domesticated and raised as a simple household plant that can be raised even on the balcony of homes.
