ABSTRACT

In conclusion the evolution of modern diplomacy was influenced by the diplomatic tradition of the Greek city-states, the Italian city states, the roman and the French. Before and the French. Before the emergence of the Greek system, communication between kingdom was limited to messengers and merchant caravans. The Italian system introduced resident mission within the Italian city-states and throughout medical Europe. The French professionalized diplomacy, although this was not without its challenges such as excessive secrecy, hereditary appointment, and localities. The church Islam, Byzantines, Chinese also brought their development to the transition of diplomacy.³⁴ The transition of diplomacy into the digital age was largely influenced with the advent of the internet and social media especially twitter (X) they revolutionized the way that diplomats communicate and collaborate. These technologies have increased the speed and volume of information exchange making it easier for diplomats to share data and ideas. Additionally, social media has given diplomatic a new platform to engage with the public both in their home countries and around the world and also the invention of the Artificial intelligence has played a major role on the digitalization of diplomacy.³⁵
