The specific objectives sought to: investigate the effect of team leadership, team performance appraisal, team motivation and team compensation on organisational productivity. This study uses survey research design through the administration of structured questionnaires to hundred (100) respondents for the collection of primary data. The data is analyse using correlation analysis and multiple regressions. The regression results revealed that team leadership had a positive and significant effect on organisational productivity at 1% level of significance, team performance appraisal had a positive and insignificant effect on organisational productivity, team motivation had a negative and insignificant effect on organisational productivity and team compensation had a positive and insignificant effect on organisational productivity. The study recommended that management should ensure that there is effective team leadership in place to improve organisational productivity. The study therefore suggests that further empirical study should be carried out on the area of teamwork organisational productivity by incorporating other explanatory variables that might affect organisational productivity.
