Abstract

The study examined student satisfaction with school health care service in the University of Benin and in Benson Idahosa university (BIU). A total of 100 students from University of Benin and 50 students from (BIU) were the sample size. The study utilized primary data, using a survey research design, and a questionnaire to reach 150 students (100.0% response rate). The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and regression was used to test the hypothesis The study found out the students are satisfied with their school health services in University of Benin and in BIU, there is no significant variations in students’ level of satisfaction with their school health service according to their demographics (sex, age and level) in University of Benin and in BIU, students expect quality services from their school health service and students waiting time affect their satisfaction with their school health services in University of Benin and in BIU.
