This study was carried out to investigate and analyze the strategies for improving learning in Industrial and Technical Education (Case Study University of Benin, Benin City Edo State) The data collected was analyzed on the basis of five research questions. This study consist of fifty sample representing total population of 100 students in Vocational and Technical Education (VTE) department in Faculty Of Education, University of Benin. The major instrument for data collection was based on questionnaire and was validated by the supervisor and two other lecturers in the department and the reliability was done by administering to twenty other students who were not part of the sample before it was administered to the respondents. The reliability coefficient obtained by Pearson Product Moment Correlation coefficient which was 0.76.
