SUMMARY
This project has discussed Eha-Owena festival of Idheze people of Isoko south local government area of Delta state. The origin of Isoko people from Benin city through means of migration and similarities in their culture. The geographical location and climatic condition which stimulates the fertilization of the lands and the surround rivers that serves as means of sea activities in the community and also linking with other communities for trade and commercial attributes .The community is known to have a population of 15,000 people but have reduced to 4,500 due to the crisis and rural urban migration and has a body governing the affairs in form of the Idheze community development union (I.C.D.U). He project highlights the chapters and continuity, for better understanding of the work. It also focuses on the Traditional institution and system of administration, the socio groups Birth, marriage, and death.
