ABSTRACT
This research explores the applicability of the French Revolution's philosophical and political frameworks to address pressing contemporary issues in Nigeria. By examining the revolutionary paradigms of liberty, equality, and fraternity, this research aims to: Analyze the historical context and ideological underpinnings of the French Revolution, Identify key challenges facing Nigeria, including political instability, economic inequality, and social injustice. Drawing insights from the French Revolution to develop innovative solutions for Nigeria's contemporary issues, Evaluate the potential impact of these solutions on Nigeria's political, economic, and social landscape. Through a multidisciplinary approach, combining historical analysis, political theory, and contextualized case studies, this research seeks to contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for Nigeria's pressing challenges, inspired by the revolutionary spirit of the French Revolution. The aim of the research topic "Revolutionary Paradigms: Drawing Insights from the French Revolution to Solve Contemporary Issues in Nigeria" is to: "Apply the philosophical and political principles of the French Revolution to develop innovative solutions for addressing contemporary political, economic, and social challenges in Nigeria, with the goal of promoting a more stable, equitable, and just society." In essence, this research seeks to draw lessons from history to inform and shape a better future in Nigeria.
