Haven thoroughly studied the characteristic features of the Access Road from Otumara Road to Western Delta University (WDU), Ethiope West Local Government Area, the following conclusions can be made. i. The terrain of the road is rolling with about 10% transverse slope. ii. The road is a class B road which needs to be upgraded to class A road. iii. The subgrade at 0+500 section of the road is unsuitable and hence not fit for the expected conditions of the road. iv. The carriageway of the road suggests that it is a double lane road.
