ABSTRACT

In order to make a better conclusion on Weibull distribution having one of the best fit for reliability analysis, we have made used of a data to analyze and solve some statistical properties such as the survival rate and the hazard rate. We observed that the survival rate gradually decrease and while the hazard rate gradually increase as the failure time (ti) increases for the Weibull distribution, this simply means that the Weibull distribution can be used to analyze reliability problems. We noticed that the Weibull distribution decay fast from the survival rate of (t1) and (12).

Considering the two deciding statistical properties for Weibull distribution, we conclude that using the Weibull distribution fits reliability analysis.
