The data was analysed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) and the data was presented using frequency tables, percentages. The result of the study showed that 192(88.1%) hypertensive patients had a low quality of life and 26(11.9%) had moderate quality of life with the physical, psychological, social and environmental domains all affected, and the duration of hypertension and age of patients were factors associated with quality of life.
