PROJECT MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES IN BUSINESS ORGANISATIONS

ABSTRACT

The primary focus of this study was to investigate Project Management Techniques within Business Organizations. The specific objectives of this study encompassed an exploration of the relationship between Project Management Techniques in Business Organizations. The targeted population for this study was composed of various Business Organizations operating within the Nigerian context. Data collection was executed through the administration of questionnaires, which were personally conducted by the researcher in face-to-face interactions with the respondents. A total of 330 questionnaires were distributed among the respondents. Subsequently, the analysis was conducted based on the data derived from the responses to the administered questionnaires. Prior to analysis, the questionnaires were meticulously reviewed for completeness and were edited as necessary. The subsequent coding and analysis of the gathered data were carried out employing the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) v.20 software. The study's findings underscore the pivotal role that Project Management Techniques play within business organizations. Notably, the research highlights the vital significance of Project Management Techniques within business organisations. Consequently, the study strongly advocates that business organizations and their managers direct substantial attention towards the adoption and implementation of effective Project Management Techniques, as a fundamental element for achieving enduring success within the industry.
