Project management practices and organizational performance of manufacturing organizations

ABSTRACT

This study has examined the relationship between project management practices and organisational performance of manufacturing organisations in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Specifically, it assessed the relationship between project scope management, project quality planning management, project time management, project cost/budget and project risk assessment and the organisational performance of the Nigerian Manufacturing Industry, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
