ABSTRACT
This research work depict the concept "Globalization" This phenomenon will serves as an eye opener to those who subscribe or abstain from it. Globalization is the national integration of economic, social and political system into a modern form. This project is set to give a philosophical implication of Globalization both positive and negative effects on Nigerian development. This research is a kind of debate which try to expose the gains and lost inherent in the phenomenon ‘Globalization’. It also focuses mainly on Nigeria Economic Development, Globalization is often discussed in the context of Economic position and framed almost exclusively within the context of the Economic state. This work also examines the practical implication of globalization across Nigeria. The critical elements of development and challenges under Globalization are going to be examined also. This work also concludes by examining the benefits and lost inherent in Globalization.
