ABSTRACT
The study investigated the impact of parenting styles on early childhood education. The study adopted survey research design and was carried out in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State. The population of this study is the parents of pupils in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State. Sample size of 50 respondents was drawn from the total population of parents for this study. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire structured based on True/False. Parenting styles has impact on early childhood education and there was no significant difference in the perceived impact of parenting styles on early childhood education based on school ownership and location.
