Summary
The main objective of this study was to determine the impact that organisational reward system have on the performance of employees within an organisation. In order to achieve this objective, the study considered four specific objectives that included identifying the various reward system that are offered to employees in seven-up bottling company, ascertain the extent to which these reward system motivates employees and identify the best reward system managers can adopt and the degree to which the adopted reward system are backed by law to determine effectiveness and stability. In the course of this study, questionnaires were used in collecting primary data from three hundred and fifty nine(359) respondents. The collected data were analysed using descriptive statistical methods which included the simple percentage and frequency distribution.
