This study used a survey design administered through a structured questionnaire to a population of 197 employees. A sample of 168 was chosen using the Yamane formula and stratified random sampling technique was used to group the sample into different strata. The hypotheses were tested using correlation analysis and multiple regression. The findings of the study revealed that only informational justice has a significant effect on employee commitment. The study therefore recommends that Management put in place justice systems that encourage informational justice in order to solicit higher levels of commitment from employees in the university.
