ABSTRACT
The study examined the effect of organization justice on perceived performance of banks in Nigeria. Three research objectives were formulated to actualise the broad objective, they included: to establish the relationship between procedural justice and perceived organization performance; to establish the relationship between interactional justice and perceived organization performance; and to establish the relationship between distributive justice and perceived organization performance. The sample size of the study was 300 respondents. A structured self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data. The data retrieved were analysed using descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages, mean and standard deviation) inferential statistics (correlation and multiple regression analysis). The data was presented in figures, tables, and supported by the researcher’s interpretation. Essentially, the regression result revealed that: the relationship between interactional justice and perceived organizational performance was statistically significant, the relationship between procedural justice and perceived organizational performance was statistically insignificant; and that distributive justice and interactional justice have a positive and statistically significant relationship with perceived organizational performance.
