SUMMARY
The introduction of SAP shows one of the ways through which President Babangida tried to improve the general state of the country. In order to complete this project, there are some points I have come to deduce which must be noted down in this chapter. In the last two chapters, I extensively examined the government of General Ibrahim Babangida, the origin of SAP and its objectives, how he introduced SAP into the country as a means to salvage the state of the economy; and also, I looked at some of the important domestic and international 48 impacts caused by this Structural Adjustment Programme introduced during the regime of Babangida.
