ABSTRACT

This study examines the relationship between natural capital and Tobin's Q-value creation of listed manufacturing firms. The use of water, the utilization of biodiversity, and the refurbishment of products all have a big positive impact on the construction of Tobin's Qvalue, but the manufacturing of components has a significant negative impact. This was discovered through the utilization of a sample of manufacturing companies that are listed. According to our findings, businesses that make use of natural capital in their business plans have a tendency to achieve greater levels of success than those that do not consider natural capital. In addition to making a contribution to our understanding of the connection between natural capital and value creation, the study offers valuable insights to businesses that are looking to create value for their shareholders through the implementation of environmentally responsible business model
