ABSTRACT
This research delves into the management of employee grievances and its impact on organizational performance, focusing on Nadia Bakery in Benin City. The study identifies the causes of workplace grievances and examines their effects on organizational profitability, productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall performance. Findings reveal that transparent communication, recognition, fairness, professional development, workload management, conflict resolution, and work-life balance are key areas requiring attention to enhance the work environment. The study underscores the substantial positive impact of effective grievance management on various facets of the organization, including productivity, job satisfaction, and external reputation. While employees generally perceive positive outcomes, areas for improvement include reducing distrust, enhancing job satisfaction, and strengthening open communication. The research validates the significance of prioritizing and enhancing grievance management processes within organizations.
