ABSTRACT
This study examine leadership and motivation as essential tools for organisational growth and expansion (a case study of Guinness Plc). To achieve this aim, the survey research method and simple Percentage were used. Subjects were drawn from respondents in in Edo State, using the purposive sampling technique and three research questions guided the study. Research findings showed that leadership and motivation have enhanced organizational growth in Guinness Plc and a great number of other organizations use them to enhance their own organization among other things. To this end, the researcher recommended that Guinness Plc should carry out a research on good leadership tools in order to identify reliable and trustworthy leaders and use them to discharge their leadership duties. The researcher suggested that further studies should be carried out on the role of leadership and motivation in sustaining democracy in the organization.
