ABSTRACT
This study is focused on examining the knowledge, attitude and perception of shuttle drivers in University of Benin, Ekehuan Campus on Pernod Ricard’s “Don’t Drink and Drive” campaign. It is aimed at understanding their knowledge level, attitude and perception to the DDD campaign. The survey research method was used to gather the data used for the study. The study made use of questionnaire. Findings of the study revealed that majority of the drivers don’t know about the campaign or the dangers of alcohol to their health. The researcher therefore concluded that for future effectiveness of this campaign, strategies that fit into the daily lives of the drivers have to be adopted. The study also recommended that the government should set up forums that will enable shuttle drivers in Ekehuan Campus to openly discuss and be educated about alcohol and the danger it poses to their lives.
