ABSTRACT

Based on the findings of the study, it is important to note that this study sheds light on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviour in the banking sector, focusing on ten banks in a university campus community. It finds a moderately contented workforce, with satisfactory levels of job satisfaction and commitment. However, there's room for improvement in organizational citizenship behaviour, particularly in terms of sportsmanship, civic duty, and altruism. It emphasizes the need for tailored strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and foster positive behaviour. Ultimately, this research offers valuable insights for optimizing employee performance and satisfaction in the banking industry.
