SUMMARY
In the previous chapters, through the authors novel we see instances of the fact that the girl child is being reduced to nothing and at the same time have no say at all. The essay gives emphasis about the issues of victimization and looked at some of these issues like passivity as an issue, violation and also marginalization of the girl child as an issue. Chapter two talk about passivity as an issue of women victimization. Passivity, which is the receptive acceptance of whatsoever take place, without any form of repudiation or active reaction or intimate resistance. This state of inactivity of the mind could be made uncreative as a cause of laws, tradition, psychological manipulation etcetera of the society the female folks may find themselves, leading to bad orientation of self idolization and activism, thus a passage for women victimization.
