ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF AIRBORNE FUNGI IN SHUTTLE BUS

SUMMARY

All buses sampled were heavily contaminated with fungi as they were above ECC limit of less than 500cfu/m³. Thus, attention must be given to control the factors which favors the survival and presence of fungi in the air to safeguard the health of commuters.
