ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to examine the impact of integrated payroll system on payroll management in Nigeria. In a bid to achieve this the study developed a questionnaire to solicit responses from respondents. The data was arrayed into rows and columns and analyzed using the t-statistics. The result of the findings indicated that integrated payroll system has a significant effect on payroll management, Bio data capturing has a significant effect on payroll management system and Remuneration has a significant effect on payroll management system. It was therefore recommended that transparency is an essential component of accountability. For public officials to be held accountable, the major thing to do is to generate information about government officials’ actions and decisions, the next is to make them accountable for their decisions.
