INFLUENCE OF CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS STUDIES IN PROMOTING DISCIPLINE AMONG STUDENTS IN PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN EGOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

Summary:

This study to examine the influence of teaching CRS in promoting discipline among students in public secondary schools in Egor Local Government Area  This study sought to find out the forms of students’ indiscipline prevalent in secondary schools in Egor Local Government Area of Edo State and the influence of CRS in curbing them. Four research questions were raised and answered using questionnaires, these research questions include:

1.      What are the forms of indiscipline prevalent in secondary schools in public secondary schools in Egor Local Government Area
2.      What the extent does teaching of CRS has helped in curbing  examination malpractices among students in public secondary schools in Egor Local Government Area
3.      the extent which teaching of CRS has helped in curbing cultism among students  in public secondary schools in Egor Local Government Area
4.      the extent which teaching of CRS has helped in curbing  drug abuse among students in public secondary schools in Egor Local Government Area
