ABSTRACT
The main goal in this extensive project was to investigate and determine the incidence of predators and the behavioural characteristics of GALS raised in an enclosed free range system. With the addition of carefully placed hideout boxes, the experimental setup is
improved, adding a layer of environmental complexity that motivates us to look into both the frequency of predator encounters and the behavioral traits displayed by the snails as a result.
By carefully studying and recording the occurrences of predator interactions, we hope to identify patterns that reveal the adaptability and resilience of GALS when confronted with outside dangers.
The findings of this study contribute to a better understanding of interactions among GALS, predators, and environmental factors in a contained free-range system with hide out boxes. We hope to increase our understanding of these amazing snails and advance
the field of science as a whole by thorough observation, analysis, and interpretation. The main goal in this extensive project was to investigate and determine the incidence of predators and the behavioural characteristics of GALS raised in an enclosed free range
