CONCLUSION
The study examined team work and organizational productivity. A samples of 178 copies of questionnaire were distributed to academic staffs in the faculty of social science and faculty of Arts. From the findings, it was revealed that team work significantly affects organization productivity. In the course of this examination, it was also apparent that the respondent gave a positive response that team work affects organization productivity. Properly managed teams, can help increase positive output in an organisation. It is thus, concluded that adequate considerations should be given to the variables used in this study so as to improve productivity in either public organization or private sector
