Three research questions were raised to guide this study which are: what impact does nutrition has on the general wellbeing of undergraduates? What is the food intake pattern of undergraduates in university of Benin? What is the level of nutritional awareness of undergraduates in university of Benin? This study used a cross sectional research design to examine the impact of Nutrition on the general wellbeing of undergraduates. The simple random sampling technique was employed to select 50 students from the department of CIT and 50 students from the department of PBB. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a correlation coefficient of 0.789(Cronchbach’s alpha statistics) which was developed and administered by the researcher and an assistant. The data from their responses were analyzed with the use of frequency count and simple percentages. The results of the research therefore lead to the findings that; Nutrition has a significant impact on the general wellbeing of undergraduates in the university of Benin, majority of undergraduates skips breakfast and only few eats three meals a day, majority also has a good level of nutritional awareness.
