ABSTRACT
Giant trans-nationals also called multinational have been a source of mixed blessing in development in economy. It is in this height that the researcher decides to work on this area which hinges on the impact of multinationals companies on the development of Nigeria economy using MTN Benin as a case study. This work is organized into five chapters for the purpose of compiling with standards. Chapter one is the introduction of the work in comprises of background to the study objective of the study scope and limitation of the study and definition of the terms, the literature review comes up in chapter two of this research sub-topics like overview of MTN Benin nature of multinational controls of multination company’s cost and benefits of MNGS in development economy countervailing techniques in multinational company on national income: social contribution of MTN Benin to the economy and the impact of multinational companies on MTN Plc Benin will be critically considered under chapter two. Chapter three of this work is the research method area on the chapter includes various sources of data collection and analysis using the necessary parameter in chapter four data is presented and analysed. Finally, chapter five deals on summary, conclusion and recommendations.
