ABSTRACT
The study broad focus was to find out the effect of employee motivation on organizational productivity. Other objectives are to ascertain how employee wellbeing affects workers effectiveness levels, assess how an employees report with their managers affects how productively they are, analyze how workers effectiveness is affected by their compensation, and analyze how worker efficiency is impacted by career development and training
The instrument that was used to collecting the primary data was questionnaire. The sample size for this study is 374 non-academic staff members of the University of Benin. , simple percentage will be used to analyze the results obtained from the questionnaires distributed while regression was used to estimate the existence of relationships among variable.
Finding showed that employee wellbeing affects workers effectiveness levels positively, employees report with their managers does not affects how productively they are, worker’s effectiveness can be affected positively by their compensation, and worker’s efficiency can be impacted by career development and training positively. The study therefore recommended that organization management and employer in any sector should always take record and review of employee wellbeing for an affective performance
