HAMILTON PRINCIPLE AND HAMILTON FORMULATION

ABSTRACT

This study examined the use of Hamilton’s principle in varaitional principle i.e. Calculus of Variation. Due to the course of the project work with theProject Supervisor I have been able to use the Hamilton’s principle in deriving the Lagrangian equation of motion and the Hamiltonian equation of motion and subsequently used this equation in solving some real-life problem.
