ABSTRACT
In line with the objectives of the research, which is essentially concerned with Federal Character Principle and the Development of Edo State Civil Service (2009-2020), the researcher has studied the implementation and administration of this Principle in Edo State Civil Service. Findings of the research from previous chapters will be discussed in this chapter and the discussion will be discussed be based on the presented and analyzed data from the questionnaire administered and information gathered.
