ABSTRACT
Based on the findings made from data collected and analyzed, it was concluded that the various community development programmes in Ikpoba Okpha local government area of Edo State are; construction of modern markets, grading of community earth roads, provision of schools and building of hospitals,
that committees are set-up to represent the citizens in the planning, deliberation and implementation of community projects, People are given the chance to contribute their own quota in participation and they are allowed to contribute to discussion on community projects
