A comprehensive literature review is conducted to explore the multifaceted nature of employee attitudes and performance, considering factors such as organizational culture, leadership styles, job satisfaction, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, communication channels, training and development opportunities, and employee engagement initiatives. By synthesizing findings from empirical studies and theoretical frameworks, this research aims to provide insights into how organizations can create conducive environments that foster positive attitudes and enhance employee performance.
