The findings from this study provided valuable insights into the management practices in schools within Egor Local Government. The data revealed diverse perceptions and experiences regarding disciplinary measures, stakeholder involvement, the impact of enforcement on the learning environment, and recommended strategies for improvement. Strengths identified include the comprehensive handbooks for behavior expectations, the significant involvement of parents, and the general support for consistent enforcement of rules. However, there are also notable areas for improvement, such as addressing perceptions of overly strict rules, fostering a balance between discipline and support, enhancing communication channels, and promoting social-emotional skills. These findings highlight the importance of continuous development and refinement of school management practices to optimize learning outcomes. Based on the findings, the following recommendations are proposed to enhance management practices in schools within Egor Local Government: Schools should adopt a comprehensive approach to disciplinary measures that include preventive strategies, restorative justice practices, and support systems for students' socio-emotional development. School administrators should prioritize cultural sensitivity training for staff and develop strategies to better align management practices with local cultural values and traditions. Actively involving stakeholders, including parents, community members, and students, in decision-making processes, policy development, and school activities can foster a sense of ownership and collaboration. Investing in professional development programs, mentoring, and coaching opportunities for teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders can enhance their skills, knowledge, and capacity to contribute effectively to school management. Implement robust and inclusive review processes that involve diverse stakeholders and ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in school management practices.
